- Postage is $20 for one pair, rural delivery is $30.00
- Postage for 2 pair is $30.00
- How long will my boots take to arrive?
- It will take up to 10-12 weeks for your boots to arrive after the order has been sent to manufacturer, as they are custom made; they don’t start making until they receive your order – it is worth the wait! Orders are placed at the end of each month providing payment has been received.
Refund and Returns Policy (see full policy)
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will need to be contacted and it will be determined if we will issue you with a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn and in the same condition you received it. We understand that the original packaging may not be in a reasonable condition to return the item, if you are able to use original, please do.
Gift cards cannot be returned and are not be redeemable for cash.
To complete your return, we require the original invoice/receipt of purchase emailed to beltsandbootsnz@outlook.co.nz
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are the wrong size, if they have not been worn, if they are defective or damaged. We will re-order your item, in the correct size.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected for signs of use/or wear, we will contact you via email and notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved of a refund, we will request your bank details and refund your original payment, we will send you a receipt of payment.
Actual colours may vary due to monitor and browser settings, digital photography, and dye variations. We are very careful to ensure our photos are as accurate as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your screen. Also, don’t mistake the colour name to be what you may think that colour should be.
